It may not hit this target soon enough, MQG suggested, for IHL 2023 may be another year of under-performing the markets. My personal opinion is the same, as the good news is no news for this company at the moment. Sentiment got pretty low, every SP surge is sold off, Macro is still against small caps and 2023 may turn to be just little bit more volatile than 2022. IHL is Not my best holding at the moment.
