By your logic; buying mortgage backed securities in the US, in 2006-7 and leveraging your position would have been a sound investment decision. If you don't know what that is, then you shouldn't be buying shares. If you haven't read the trial results but are assuming they were bad because of the market's reaction, then you are simply my friend, a poor investor.
