Okay relax with the title. I agree that the results are not bad, however you should also understand as someone who has studied in science that the sample size was very low so there isn't much strength in the results produced. It is great that the future study will have a large number of participants, which I am looking forward to seeing results for. I am optimistic that a similar positive result will show for majority of participants. So with a much larger sample size we can finally say in confidence that IHLs drug will offer a great benefit to people with sleep apnoea.
