Of course, if you take him literally, he is absolutely right. IMO, this IS a great buying opportunity.
I first bought into IHL at 7c, in small amounts - and I didn't work up my confidence in the trajectory of their business until the late teens.
To be able to buy with much greater confidence today, when the SP is flirting with sub 10c again, is a bit of a dream.
