Not too sure.
Going by the wording I think they were aiming to have the IND app in by then, as opposed to committing to have it in. It would be kinda cool to see something this friday though, being that it's the end of the quarter combined with being a friday...
Fingers crossed we found our bottom and things are starting to turn.
