This is only a very basic comparison, but what's interesting with Prometheus is that it looks like they only have the 1 main candidate almost ready(ish) - PRA-023 - for treating 3 conditions - https://www.prometheusbiosciences.com/pipeline/



A quick google gives the TAM for Ulcerative Colitis at approx. USD$6-7b, Crohns Disease at approx. USD$21-22b and SSc-ILD at approx USD$2b.





Now comapre that with the raft of products that Incannex have to offer and it's mind boggling -
