As for oppies, glad to see the end of them! Upwards from there. Plenty people flipping to be able to afford the convert. We are going just fine and will get there. We are building out a company, not looking for a quick fix. This weeks appointment is huge, doing some digging as some have and the potential is huge if we utilize this guy.
