off-topic, but you should of received a physical letter in the mail with your allotment + your shortfall allotment, this letter will also have your SRN number. The options are held by automic, not your broker.
the general consensus was most people received 10% of their allotment as shortfall, and were refunded the rest into their broker-linked bank account.
