It's amazing how high a random unexpected announcement can send prices soaring in seconds. Buyers might have motivation at the moment, but waiting for motivation to return is a sure strategy to missing out on cheap prices
Buying when there's no motivation is the best way to buy when the price is cheap, waiting for buyers to return will only result in you buying when the price has already shot up
