Surgery will not be recommended for OSA unless as a last resort.

Psyc therapy will not be recommended for PTSD unless as a last resort.

Difference is that 42x is primed to become the primary method of treatment for patients. CPAP would become a secondary option and surgery now the third and final, not the first.
