You seem to think you are arguing with IHL fanboys, but you're not. You're arguing with the medical establishment and the existing market.

You're trying to prevail with consistently gloomy assertions, against reality itself. This is the reality out there: doctors will propose CPAP before they propose surgery. And if IHL42x maintains the efficacy and safety it has so far shown in the phase 2 trial, they will prescribe IHL42x before they recommend CPAP. As others have said: surgery will remain last on the list.

If you don't understand this, I humbly suggest you might not understand enough about the medical field to be in this discussion, let alone investing in pharmaceutical start ups.
