I requested a top 20 shareholding from the Company, which I have shared below.
It confirms there has been selling, Sud has sold a lot.
On the surface, this is alarming, as I know Sud is a believer in the assets and the companies potential.
I spoke with Joel who confirmed Sud is still very much a believer and supporter but couldn't comment on his financial position and decision to sell.
I am only speculating but something is up with Sud selling & I don't it has anything to do with Incannex. Seems out of character.
Tetra is the only thing connected to Sud that has changed in my brief search of the web - timing of this Tetra announcement seems to tie in with Sud's offloading?

On a positive note, the shares have been sucked up, unfortunately at a lower price than we had all hoped.
Other than share-price frustration, Joel seems very upbeat about the business, the clinical programs & the Clarion Clinics journey commencing.
