Doesn't sound right to me. For a start its Cannvalate, not Dr Sud that had placement shares in Tetra. Sounds like idle speculation and i don't believe for a minute either of them experiencing any issues that you infer. Might not be wise to suggest this without evidence either.....????
For a start i know that at the same time Dr Sud has been offloading some shares apparently in IHL, Cannvalate have been purchasing more IRX and have brought their holding up to the absolute maximum they can hold at 19.99%
Doubt they would be doing that if they were experiencing financial hardship!
Cannvalate would have fantastic cashflow as Ingenu appears to be going gangbusters. I suspect its more an issue, as @Pinky789 points out, that he has moved on to his next "project" in IRX.
