The real long term play for the clinics is to be cashflow positive and ready for PBS/Medicare funding.
There's a lot of drugs thay cost $1,000+ a month that customers dont know about because they pay $14-30. IHL having private clinics ready and cashflow positive with not huge growth is fine, as long as they are building coverage and expertise - if and when funding builds, its ready.
The amount of well off people I know who spend $10k+ a year on treatments, it wouldn't shock me to see some uptake, but it certainly isn't going to be raking in millions from day one.
