I think that’s a fair comment and they don’t need the entire CPAP market to create a blockbuster drug. OSA is a significant and common health issue here and it represents a huge opportunity to address that problem. This will probably sound crass but we’re a society that generally seeks the easiest path to solve a problem. The doctor says you need to reduce you drinking and diet to assist your OSA, but alternatively you could take this medication.

The uptake of any drug that reduces OSA will be worth billions IMO, particularly here in the US.
