The reason choosing the 100-1 ratio is to reach a particular price point that we need to be at to be able to list on the Nasdaq ?

so what would the lowest the asx price can be to be able to reach that point ? Right now I believe we are under $5 ?

if it continues to drop and we can’t reach that price point ? What will that mean for the company ? What happens to the Nasdaq listing ? Do we continue to trade on the asx ?
