Harambe9, it might be helpful to research some of the recent takeovers to get an idea on valuation. And also the Edison report as it points you towards the key parts of the business to value and demonstrates their methodology. This exercise isn’t about exactness, it’s purpose is educate yourself on the business and know how to reasonably estimate its value. Until you do this it’s impossible to know if the current share price means the company is cheap or expensive.

Therein lies an opportunity now as the market is having a tough time trying to apply value to something still in Phase 1 and with no revenue streams. Are we clairvoyant and have the ability to see now what the market is yet to fully grasp?
