Basically, they will sell all “small parcel holders” shares (unless the submit a form to be excluded) & remit then the proceeds minus transaction and currency conversion fee’s. They won’t get converted to the NASDAQ shares.

As I pointed out above, if the price drops to 0.05c before the delist, that’s more than 50% of registered shareholders…
