There’s no point debating someone with no understanding of the fundamentals. There was a period where houses in the US were sold for pennies in the dollar, but it wasn’t based on the underlying quality or future value of the property.

I’ve taken a view that is based on substantive research but my timing wasn’t great. That’s disappointing for me, but it doesn’t impact the exit I’m confident will be achieved. I’d revel in a debate on the fundamentals from someone who is negative about the company.
