Didn't you state this kind of thing is not patentable? Putting THC in chewing gum is not exactly reinvention of the wheel, is it?

One poster here claimed it's worth "billions" but that's the chorus here, isn't it?
If it's so valuable, why hasn't the company moved on these assets after this much time has lapsed?
