Hey mate,
I have been following this issue closely.
There could be approx 10M Shares on the Nasdaq, excluding the Top 20 Shareholders by holdings.
In the first instance, this will be advantageous IMO because there will be promotion of the stock lined up and ready to go on re-opening and supply will be somewhat limited versus the current sloppy quantities traded on the ASX.
Regarding liquidity both myself and
@Flyingcorky1questioned JL & Troy responded.
"Liquidity is less to do with total amount of shares more to do with the value that one can accumulate in the company. although less shares, each share has more value. As all of the value will now be in the NASDAQ it will have far more liquidity"

I followed up with Troy
He was quite adamant in his responses, that "liquidity" with approximately 16M shares was the correct amount of consolidation per their USA advice.I did press him on this and he repeated that this $8.00 price point was the "sweet spot".

@sylau90 yesterday most of this issue has been discussed already in the Roadshow meetups and if that commentary is not sufficient to your liking then you could also email Joel or Peter or Troy or Julian for more information, they will be very approachable.
