My concerns before all of this info came out (but after his resignation from IHL was announced) was the fact he went on to basically carbon-copy incannex’s “business plan” and offer it as a service model to everyone else as a template to make money…

which leaves you thinking shit, is this all just a serial “start up” scam? the same people involved in the background, starting new ventures before the last one even achieved anything, raising money from investors, rinse and repeat, onto the next shiny buzzword.
