SUD exited as a director ann on 28th of Jun 2022 but the latest official documentation he still held approx 66 million shares personally and through companies as of the latest top 20 holders, thats the issue here.

Just realise a lot of good people can get caught up in a fraud. It doesnt make them part of it or bad people. Not saying thats the case here, just its not mutually exclusive, ie good people can be unknowingly caught up in frauds, there may be a good reason the share price is where it is now.
