Firstly, you don't hold, so it is OUR board, not your's. How are they possibly corrupt? They have done pretty much everything they have said they would do. The share price is not where we want it to be but the BOD, as our major shareholders, are trying to fix that. Moving to the NASDAQ is the best move they can make right now.
