Hey
@rushnlabsRe your quote
" I’m not down with personal attacks against other forum posters, which is what it always seems to eventuate to as people’s opinions clash & they want to point the blame at anyone nearby or assert moral or knowledgeable superiority over anyone else." Seriously!!!!
Then you proceed with...
@thevinnys - the dude who digs up every minute piece of positive information on the company, patents, documents, registrations, and shares them (when they fit the positive narrative), but
was reluctant to share anything relating to negative news about Sud, even though he (and the company) were absolutely aware of it & the implications it could have to public opinion. Gives the impression of pushing a narrative, even if that’s not the case.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So
@rushnlabs if I had some concerns with the re-domicile and didn't want it to become a pump and dump stock and expressed those concerns here, (ask
@Bakso he referred to my concerns on some occasions in his posts) who's narrative am I pushing?
So I plead Not guilty!Furthermore....I took the initiative to follow up on my concerns about the NASDAQ liquidity with the directors and reported it back here!
I have since repeated my findings on my concerns about potential liquidity issues several times and got to the point now that if the poster/s want even more info than I have already posted several times......then please contact management.
It's not my job to resolve everyone's negative thoughts on every issue!
So I plead Not guilty!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"But was reluctant to share anything relating to negative news about Sud"
Due process.. was my point...I think we have covered his misgivings without having to have a trial by Social Media..
I don't think you gave my reply post any consideration, perhaps that didn't suit your narrative?
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/general-discussion.5330178/page-17435?post_id=69978143I did express my concern for him too... I am human and I express my feelings for others...
https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/general-discussion.5330178/page-16543?post_id=69204562I was one of the first posters to cover this negative news about Sud on this forum back in August.
So I plead Not Guilty! If the news is mostly positive then the commentary can mirror those positive steps forward.
- I understand why some might feel uneasy due to the news about the past director's legal issues.
- The legal charges in the director's new ventures are unrelated to his previous directorship at the company.
- It is essential to differentiate between his past role and his current legal situation
- Legal matters are subject to a thorough legal process and making assumptions or accusations without proper evidence can be damaging to this company's reputation. So present any evidence you have that is solid without any innuendo.
- The focus should be on the Fundamentals as per @Badvet73, financial health, and prospects for the future, rather than on unrelated external factors.
- Investors can make their own informed decisions based on the company's performance, rather than reacting solely to external news.
- Consider consulting with external professionals for guidance. I have suggested several times to not rely solely on comments here on Hot Copper.
- I will continue to advocate for the privacy of individuals involved in legal matters and caution against jumping to conclusions or making unfounded accusations, it's important to monitor developments in the legal situation but not let them overshadow the positives in the fundamentals.
- It's important to maintain a balanced and fact-based perspective in investment discussions IMO.
