I'd imagine that people running a business, any business, would need to be very careful about publicly vocalizing their concerns regarding unfounded allegations until something more substantial was in the mix.
Imagine a scenario where IHL are on a roadshow telling everyone that are suss on Dr Sud without anything as convenient as proof?
I mean come on.
The fact that they worked behind the scenes to disassociate themselves with him in a financial manner indicates they had concerns, the fact that they didn't go shouting those concerns from the roof-tops until more information came into the public arena just seems like smart decision making to me.
But I could be wrong and it's all dodgy.
