For anyone that's worried about NASDAQ listing requirements due to SP/MC
Below is part of an email from Joel
"The minimum listing price on theNASDAQ is $1, we are well above that with our proposed ratio and the aim is tocontinue to be well above that leading into the redomicile. We do not expectany issues with the listing requirements with the NASDAQ in this regard.
