    I have a feeling that the delays could be deliberate, given the disclosure rules as per announcements - the Bod are aware that each announcement good and bad has been met by a sell down. So maybe they're just timing it, it could explain the delay in the 42x trials which usually commence quite imminently after the r.egulatory framework is approved
