Earlier on I voiced my worries about potential public scrutiny and, unfortunately, those concerns remain. Consolidation, followed by a significant drop in our price, is a daunting thought. Especially considering a capital raise is projected to occur roughly 6 months post-listing. If the SP does take a hit, the subsequent dilution might be substantial given the anticipated size of the next capital raise.
