If there are US investors already bought in, and lined up, which I expect with the consortium buyin and then 6 months later domicile move - they won't like a significant raise without a rally in the shareprice.
I expect with these volumes that the bulk of the selling is done, unless some big holders decide they dont want to move I'd say most have made their choice. Whether we fizzle up or down is another matter. It may fizzle down on low volume, buying shares about to redomicile like not enticing - but potentially people may see an opportunity of a depressed shareprice because of the redomicile.
I think if I was a gambler - buying now has significantly more upside than downside in terms of % returns. Likelihood on the otherhand....
