Not to mention, just because this new company that has employed Sud has decided to go ahead with an OSA treatment - does not mean they havent infringed. Happens all the time, Sud has kind of shown he hasnt exactly been honest. He may have sold this new company the idea its novel enough for the payday, but it won't be if IHL can prove otherwise. Especially if Sud is going and making a product similar and fast tracked.
It's certainly something to keep an eye on, but Sud definitely seems more and more suspect and anything he is involved with doesn't pass many tests to me. Happy as larry he is gone.
Certainly not a comfortable holding, and questions - but the share price reflects that reality pretty well.
