I'm not sure where the US$8.00 per share is coming from.
With the last price being A$0.061, if we swithched to the US today, the price would be A$0.061 *100 * A$/US$ of 0.63 or US$3.80 to be equivalent to where it is now in AUS.AT US8.00 the A$ equivalent would be double the current market price.
