I have recently received a reply from Joel from an email I sent where I asked about the share price (hence market capitalistion) currently being experienced on the ASX and its relevance to the listing price and therefore, market capitalistion when listed on the Nasdaq if the vote result is for the move. His response was that the opening price on the Nasdaq is definately dependant on the last trading price on the ASX prior to delisting. So allowing for the rates of exchange of the dollar value and the 100:1 consolidation of shares the market capitalisation on the Nasdaq will be in step with what the market closed at on the ASX. Lets hope for some kind of positive announcement with a positive rerate in share price before the event. Good luck all.
