I think the problem is you are ahead of the pack with your inquiries,
meaning that until the process has been voted on and approved by shareholders
there is nothing for the commsec customer service team to give you guidance on.

Once the process has begun and an Agent in the USA appointed and announced then the Commsec team will have some info for guidance.

Just my opinion.
