Sorry, I missed your message on R**ddit this morning. ......Trading ceases on the ASX on 17th November.

The process of changing over from ASX to NASDAQ will be as seamless as possible. Holders can literally do nothing if they wish to.

1. BOD is currently setting up a similar Registry in the USA to our current Aussie-based AUTOMIC.
The shares will get transferred over electronically from Automic (our current registry) to our new USA-based Registry.

2. Make sure your current emails and address details are current in Automic here is the link https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home

3. Once the shareholders agree to the re-domicile at the EGM - tomorrow.

4. The BOD with the Green Light from us will be then able to move forward with the changes.

5. As an interim measure shareholders can set up "International Trading Accounts" with our current brokers. (Some brokers don't have an International Trading Desk) So if that's the case you may need to set up with another broker and arrange for an (off-market) TRANSFER of your shares to the new broker. But the word has it that our new US Registry will also have an in-house Brokerage. So this will be a bonus. We will be able to compare all the FEES with our Aussie Brokers and either elect to nominate to trade with them or your current/new broker.

6. The new Registry will have a similar login page to that provided currently for AUTOMIC. Once our shares are transferred electronically by AUTOMIC to our new US Registry, we will be able to log in to that new USA-based Registry portal and view our new holdings of shares and options. "IXHL rather than IHL" as they will be converted by the new US Registry. The new Registry will also provide a HOTLINE for Incannex Shareholders, so if it happens that you have difficulties logging in or want to question the whereabouts of your holdings they will be able to navigate with you over the phone.

Holders can literally do nothing if they wish to but suggest at least setting up an International Brokerage account so that you can compare their fees and charges with the new Share Registry - Brokerage Option.
