While I agree and if I were them I would be stuffing my pockets full, it will probably take some time to trend upwards and they probably think time is on their side so they wait. Personally all I'm hoping for at this stage is for a sizeable acquisition to occur next year post p2 trials (fingers crossed) before a cr is required, as I am of the opinion that markets won't improve anytime soon and overall believe the share price is irrelevant so long as capital isn't required. I forget the company but for example that 7b acquisition of the anti inflammatory drug is a good example but ihl-42x instead. Obviously it won't be the exact same value, but for the spirit of conversation the company can pocket 4b for the future and give shareholders a one off dividend of like $190 per share based off the 100:1 consolidation from the remaining 3b. Not sure what the yanks are waiting for with that potential if they're already planning to jump on board anyway.
