Wow that is a bit concerning......very much at odds to what I was told.
I can see that NASDAQ rules for new listings is USD4.00 per share but I don't think this is being treated as a new listing given IXHL is already trading on the NASDAQ. But yep, your screen shot above seems very clear.
I guess we will know soon enough.
