IMO, most of the selling we're seeing today are holdings of entities for whom the financial implications of moving to a NASDAQ listing exclusively were impossible to work with. I imagine they held out for the off-chance that something would prevent the move to the NASDAQ, but are now certain they must exit and are doing so. I could be wrong. Either way, this feels like the final purging of those who won't be continuing the journey.
