Ok I get that at the conversion, they will still be worth the same. I.e. Now I have $10,000 worth of shares (10,000 units @ $1) and when converted they will be still be $10,000 (100 units @ $100). But the number of shares I hold reduces by 100x. So if the SP goes to $200 (using this example) I will now have 100 units x $200 = $20,000. But I held 10,000 units before, and could've had 10,000 units x $200 = $2mln. Do you get my confusion or am I totally off mark?
