Its ok, I've been blocked by multiple people for asking about listing requirements because apparently 'its all in the announcements'.

According to the Schema IHL will be a new listing, not a continuation of thw current one - this new listing does not qualify for listing on the nasdaq. Radio silence.

That said, they don't actually have to list at the price they closed the ASX at - this may be their plan, essentially an IPO style listing. Or perhaps they have someone coming in with a bunch of equity to dilute the f* out of us before it lists.
