Just seeking insights on behalf of my partner. Last Friday, she made a small purchase to prevent ending up with an unmarketable parcel. Despite her effort, the close at 4.1 was not in her favor. She had been hoping for a close of 4.3 or higher to maintain the marketability of her shares. The question I have for you all is: If it's discovered that there were naked shorts or other illegal activities in the market on that day, are there any legal avenues she could pursue? More specifically, is there a chance for a legal turnaround that would enable her to retain her shares under these circumstances?Any thoughts or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
