FYI, I experienced a similar concern with shares I purchased on Thursday 16 Nov.
I received Westpac Share purchase confirmation email at 12.51pm that day, and shares immediately updated in my Westpac Trading account.
It noted that share settlement date was Monday 20 Nov - (although I did not see this till a closer look later).

I too was concerned that AUTOMIC was not showing my last purchase immediately, but as payment was debited to my account on Monday 20 Nov, the Automic account updated on that date, with no intervention on my part.

As I have discovered, (after years of trading! ) this is the standard process, but obviously shares need to be showing in your trading account for this to happen.

I understand the distress, but was guided by OLDPA , (thank you) who indicated he thought purchase/settlement was T + 2 (in my case longer due a weekend)
