Joel has responded to my email as he always does. He is pretty pissed about the situation because it’s affected his friends and family as well and as stated by others it’s outside of incannex control.
They have the lawyers onto it for a couple of reasons,
1. The issue of missing shares
2. the impact on the SP which has impacted the redomicile pricing.
As expected I suppose, good to know their keeping an i on proceedings.
