I am afraid those shares are not going to end up in your Commsec International account any time soon as Commsec are not transfering international shares at this time and can't advise when this is likely to change. In the first instance your shares are now with The new registry Computershare US. You will receive correspondence from them after the 7th of December to to you how you can access your new IXHL shares and appoint an International Broker for trading. There are several threads on Redit that will help you under incannex which you may wish to join
