The announcement to delist from ASX was made on 10 July, nearly 5 months ago. There’s been clear announcements and ample time for everyone to take responsibility for their situation, including speaking to whatever broker you use. It’s obvious that your brother didn’t do anything until the last minute. If he had then he could have transferred his shares well ahead of time. That’s his fault, not the company’s.

This has been absolutely seamless for me, not one problem at all and I simply followed the instructions provided by IXHL. The only difference for me is I get my mail before you, that’s it.

All the issues you and others are complaining about are because you weren’t prepared, didn’t read the announcements properly and presumably didn’t get advice from someone with the capability to provide it, such as a proper advisor.

Stop complaining and posting as if this is someone else’s fault. It’s not, it’s yours.
