Looking back I was always expecting 2023 to be a shit year for us, totally normal and cyclical. My estimates were that 2024 will be one of the golden years, if not THE year to really propel us.
With all that said though it's really up to what our red white and blue friends over the pond can come up with. Fed seems to be slowing down on rates a bit quicker than we are over here. If the American economy can perform then we will be in safer hands, but much happier to be out of Aus with our current mortgage cliff and cost of living. Hopefully the smart money kicks in.
