When we are asked to vote is when we can have our say but so many holders just could not be bothered, and this is where sh slip up. I am with you on performance shares in particular. You can only ask and get performance-based shares, after you have performed and hit performance criteria points for all holders to see and understand.

I am no fan of snouts in troughs and raise my concerns everywhere possible when I see this.............so far I have been feeling ok with what is happening in IHL space but some goals need to be attained soon or that feeling disappears.
