My suspicion is Incannex is waiting a little longer on the 'Authorised Prescriber' registration as it will include the treating doctor / the assisting clinicians and the premises where the practice will administer the treatment i.e the clinic which would explain the 'rush' to establish and complete the fit out
yes - any premises outside of hospital treatment rooms or outpatient service requires the same approval as the treating practitioner
