Can you say how many shares he had at commsec as this may have a bearing on the answer? IHL has changed to IXHL on the nasdaq and they were coverted at 100 IHL to 1 IXHL share. If there was less than a $ 500 worth at the end of trading on 17 November 2023 then they were not a marketable amount and would be sold off. There is a scheme arrangement and other details on ASX announcements which deal with the situation.
