A good leader knows the strengths and weaknesses of both himself and his colleagues. I am guessing Joel is the best option when it comes to the shop window when looking within the company and with that in mind I wonder if it would be wise to look outside for a professional spruiker to better sell our wares.
Im not discrediting Joel I’m just wondering if that role could be handled better in marketing professional hands.
